    About the Project

    The City of Fort Worth, Texas upgraded the West 7th Bridge from 70W Metal Halide lamps to 20W LED lighting. The energy savings on the project totaled 70%. The entire lighting system consists of 168 RGB lights and now uses only 3,360 W of electricity. The bridge was installed with a Pharos Controller system with web portal interface for client control. This portal includes an automated calendar control of a variety of effects for specified dates and holidays such as, TCU game days (purple) and Valentine’s Day.
